Apple社より「iOS 27.0 / iPadOS 27.0」が正式リリースされましたが、現在ご利用中の受付システムアプリにおける動作検証が完了しておりません。
安定稼働の確認および対応完了のご案内を行うまでは、iOS 27.0 / iPadOS 27.0 へのアップデートは絶対に行わないようお願いいたします。
アップデート禁止の理由
リリース直後のOSには予期せぬ不具合が含まれている可能性があり、受付アプリが正常に起動・動作しなくなる恐れがあります。
Apple社の仕様上、一度アップデートしたOSを以前のバージョンへ戻す（ダウングレードする）ことはできません。
動作未確認のOS上で発生したトラブルにつきましては、サポート対象外となります。
自動アップデート停止のお願い（設定手順）
意図しない夜間アップデート等を防ぐため、必ず端末の設定をご確認いただき、自動アップデートを「オフ」にしてください。
iPadの 「設定」 アプリを開く
「一般」 ＞ 「ソフトウェアアップデート」 を選択
「自動アップデート」 をタップし、すべての項目を オフ に変更する

*1) ご契約以外のiPadOSへアップグレード(メジャーバージョンアップ)すると、ライセンスは無効となり、ご利用いただけなくなります。
そのため、iPadのOS自動アップデートが「OFF」になっていることをご確認ください。
また、2020年9月以降はAppleの方針によりOSを以前のバージョンへ戻すことはできません。
誤ってご契約外のiPadOSへアップグレードしてしまった場合は、ご契約中のiPadOSバージョンと同じiPadをご用意のうえ、ライセンスを移設する方法をおすすめします。この場合、ライセンス再発行手数料（10,000円税別）と再設定が必要になりますが、最も簡単な対処方法です。
上記が不可の場合は、あらためてライセンスをご契約（有償）いただく必要があります。詳細は販売店へお問い合わせください。

Currently, regarding the reception system app you are using, we will provide an update here on compatibility as soon as operational testing for the official release of the new OS (iOS 27 / iPadOS 27) is completed.
Until then, even if a “Software Update” notification appears on your iPad, please do NOT update to iOS 27 / iPadOS 27 under any circumstances.
This update may contain OS-side bugs, and once you upgrade, there is no way to revert. Therefore, upgrading is strictly prohibited until our verification is completed and safety is confirmed.
Please continue using your current version until the OS becomes stable and further notice is provided after our verification.
Please note that issues occurring on OS versions other than those verified by our company are not covered by support. Also, please be aware that once iOS / iPadOS is updated, it cannot be reverted to a previous version.

▲As of September 2020, Apple’s policy prevents downgrading iOS.
If you accidentally upgraded from an iOS-only licensed device, we recommend preparing an iPad running the same iOS version as your license and transferring the license to it. This method requires a license reissuance fee (¥10,000 excluding tax) and reconfiguration, but it is the simplest solution.
Alternatively, you will need to purchase a new license (paid). Please contact your retailer.
